Mr. Dolling has several years of industrial experience in the marketing and strategy department of a telecommunications manufacturer as well as extensive experience as a business management consultant for small and medium-sized enterprises. Mr. Dolling also worked for a large bank in the private equity and venture capital business. Among other things, he was responsible for a technology investment company as managing director for almost three years. As managing director of Dolling + Partners New Consulting, Mr. Dolling mainly advises medium-sized and young technology companies on business management issues, including their financing structure.

Authorized Representative, Business Administration Masters

Ms. Schaarschmidt has many years of experience in the business analysis of technology companies and medium-sized businesses. After several years in project management at an investment company, she was employed as an authorised representative and head of controlling at a subsidiary of a state bank, which was active in all financing phases.

She was responsible, among other things, for strategic and operative controlling, accounting (HGB/IFRS), financial planning including investment refinancing via development institutions and the company’s contract management. She was also in charge of the development and implementation of a risk management system for portfolio management.

Partner, Business Administration Masters

Since 1992 he has been managing director of BBS Berliner Bären Stadtrundfahrt GmbH and since 1998 managing partner of the parent company Haru-Reisen GmbH & Co. KG, whereby the former offered popular hop on-hop off sightseeing tours with open-top double-deckers through Berlin as well as classic incoming, and the latter operated the business segments of long-distance, public transport and rental bus services. The operational activities were discontinued with the sale of the assets. Subsequently, Mr. Schulze worked for DB Regio Bus Ost GmbH (formerly BEX Bayern Express & P. Kühn Berlin GmbH) as a general sales representative. Due to his many years of experience, he has exceptional expertise in the VAT and passenger transport law aspects of city tours, bus rental, public transport and long-distance services.

In addition, Mr. Schulze is strongly committed to volunteering in order to further advance the tourism industry as a growing and future-oriented sector.

Mr. Schulze is also an experienced consultant and was managing director of the management consultancy PR-Allconsult GmbH. At Dolling + Partners New Consulting he is mainly responsible for issues concerning business management, tourism and political consulting.
